Hey,
My name is Benoit Gerrienne. I’m working in the IT sector, more exactly in the enterprise internal system architecture, where I’m Senior Cloud Infrastructure Architect. I’m living in Belgium, I’m married with one daughter … and a cat !
As Senior Cloud Infrastructure Architect, I’m active in IT since more than 25 years. I’ve worked for small businesses like for big one, as external consultant. Today, I’m an internal employee of a big telecom operator.
I was always interested by the last tendencies in IT. As such, Artificial Intelligence was really appealing to me. But it doesn’t escape my critical eyes. So I wanted to speak about it and share my knowledge and thought about it.
Beside IT, I’m also well interested into science and history. More specifically in astronomy and cosmology for the first one, and the middle-age and my local area for the later.
Actually I’m also president of the local history circle in my village. Its history doesn’t have any secret anymore to me !
My hobbies are oriented toward reading books and comics, but also watching movies and series. I have a predilection for the fantastic and science-fiction stories.
